He was predeceased by: his parents, Francis X. Foley and Dorothy Barstow Foley. He is survived by: his wife Nicky Farmer Foley; his daughters, Shannon Hendrix-Caplinger (Tom Caplinger) and Erin Stone (Jamie); his grandchildren, Nick Epstein (Kerri), Noah Epstein (Ashley), Noel Elhabbassi (Jake), Ben Caplinger, Allie Groover (Phillip), Cassie Barras (Tyler), Parker Stone and Nora Stone; and his siblings, Kevin Foley (Joanne) and Anita Giunta (John). He is also survived by 11 great grandchildren.
