He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Wingert and Elizabeth Wingert. He is survived by: his close friend Wayne Dempsey; his former wife Peggy Gansler Wingert (Roland) of Liniere; his sister Virginia M. McChesney; and his friends, Edward, Francine Daniel, Ron Hale, Dwight Hodge and Scot.
