He was predeceased by: his parents, R. L. Baker and Stella Parris Baker; his wife Patricia Ann Lumsden Baker; and his sisters, Ann Carnes and Sara Griffen.
He is survived by: his sons, Shane Baker (Marla) and Brian Baker; his grandchildren, Christian Baker (Connor), Jake Baker and Haley Tribe; and his great grandchildren, Jake Baker, II and Liam DeJesus. He is also survived by brother-in-law; a sister-in-law; several nieces and nephews.
