He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Robert Paul and Virgie Mae Coggins Paul; and his sister Mary Helen Paul Everett. He is survived by: his wife Barbara Ann Sewell Paul; his son David Alan Paul; his brother Robert Ferrell Paul; his children, Lynn Paul Owen of Chipley, FL, Raymond L. Paul of Rome, GA, Wayne E. Paul (Audrey Breadon Paul) of Rosharon, TX and Karen Paul Salmond (George R. Salmond) of Roswell, GA; his grandchildren, Kristie Paul Cook, Amy Owen Rudd, Kyle Owen, Michael Paul, Tim, Chris, Ben, Nicholas Paul, Rachel Paul Kalameja, Emily, Leslie, Mackenzie Salmond, Jessica Gattenby-Butler and Austin Gattenby; and his great grandchildren, Wesley Rudd, Kyleigh Owen, John Thomas Cook, Willa Cook, Amiah Gattenby, Matthew, Genevieve, Jeremy, Annabelle and Leonardo Paul.
