Though Freddie may no longer walk beside us, his spirit lives on in the memories and the legacy Freddie leaves behind.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Delmar Rife and Shirley Rife; and his parents-in-law, Cabot and Louise Barnett. He is survived by: his wife Teresa of Rome; his son David; and his daughter-in-law Nicole of Westminster, SC. He is also survived by three sisters, and one brother.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, July 31st 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Riverside Baptist Church (48 Ash St NE, Rome, GA 30161). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, July 31st 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
