He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Wilbur Wiggins and Ruby Pearl Wimpee Wiggins. He is survived by: his sons, Ramond "Randy" Wiggins (Halie) and Doug Wiggins; his grandsons, Raymond Wiggins, Jr. (Kayla) and Josh Wiggins; his great grandchildren, Emma Wiggins, Addie Wiggins and Austin Wiggins; and his brother Spencer Wiggins (Jerry). He is also survived by nieces, nephews and cousins.
