He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred Dunn, Sr. and Lucille Reynolds Dunn; and his siblings, Fred Dunn, Jr., Donald Dunn, Bobby Dunn, Dorothy Maynard and Jack Dunn.
He is survived by: his wife Diana Dunn; his children, Wayne Dunn, Jr. (Tina) of Rome, Elisa Bridges of Rome and Debbie Roberson (Phillip) of Cedar Bluff, AL; his grandchildren, Rena Dunn, Brittany Rice (John), Timothy Bridges (Sarah), Jonathan Bridges (Jessi), Katelyn Roberson (BJ Garrett), Breanna Roberson and Pete Roberson; and his great grandchildren, Reagan, Jamie, Colton, Sarah, Pierce and Aiden.
A graveside service was held on Saturday, September 19th 2026 at 4:00 PM at the Friendship Baptist Church Cemetery.
