He was predeceased by: his parents, Glen M. Thomas and Loreta Rodgers Thomas. He is survived by: his wife Glenda Sims Thomas; his children, Doug Thomas (Greysen) and Susan Michele Randall (Kevin); his grandchildren, Morgan Thomas London (Caleb), Kayla Thomas and Harrison Thomas; his great grandchild Athena Nolan; his sisters, Sue Holdbrooks (Tommy) and Carol Ayer (Yogi); his brother-in-law Ron Sims (Jeanne); and his close friend Princess. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to Heyman HospiceCare at Floyd in Glen's memory.
