She was predeceased by: her brother Steven Todlowski; and her parents, Bobby Rumfelt and Ivy Halladay. She is survived by: her children, Stephen Blalock (Heather) and Jaime Blalock; her grandsons, Casey, Ryan and Kyle; her significant other Ivan Everett; and her sisters, Angie Caldwell, Julie Blalock and Sylvia Todlowski.

In honor of Glenda's compassionate nature, the family requests that donations be made in her name to St. Jude Children's Hospital.
