He was predeceased by: his parents, Susan B. Parker and Howard W. Parker; and his wife Ella Foote Parker. He is survived by: his close friend Martha F. Smart of Rome; and his children, Ginger McPheeters (David), Steve Parker (Kristy) and Joanie Weller. He is also survived by six grandchildren and three great grandchildren.
