He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred Howell and Eva Howell. He is survived by: his wife Martha Joyce Howell; his children, Jamie Howell (Lisa), Robin Dowdy (Jeffrey), Raven Holcomb (Derrick) and Tabby Owens; and his grandchildren, Britney Liggons, Josh Sisson, Jerica Beam, Jay Howell, Amanda Howell, Dell Owens, Dalton Sisson, Matthew Owens, Dillon Owens, Kayla Rampley and Max Rampley.
