He is survived by: his wife Dixie Blankenship Firestone of Rome, GA; his children, Andrew Firestone (Kandy) of Rome, GA and Cheri Bennison (Jim) of North Carolina; his siblings, Carlton Firestone of Bremen, GA and Cynthia Morgan of Rome, GA; his grandchildren, Luke, Kamlyn and Shelby; and his great grandchildren, Carter and Olivia.
A celebration of life was held on Thursday, May 22nd 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Family's Residence (62 Juniper Dr NE, Rome, GA 30161).
