He was predeceased by: his parents, James A. Watford and Edna Boyett Watford; his son Jeffrey Kinsey Odom; and his sisters, Kathy Giles and Patricia Watford.
He is survived by: his wife Midge Watford; his children, Tami Watford Lob, Jerry Douglas Watford and Sherry Odom Herring (Brad); and his sister Sherry Church Johnson. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
A celebration of life will be held on Friday, June 6th 2025 at 11:00 AM at 606 Turner McCall Blvd, Rome, GA 30165. Visitation will be held on Friday, June 6th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Mobley Hall of Trinity by the River.
