She was predeceased by: her parents, Roy Lee Stephens and Ethel Stephens; her granddaughter Channing Wallace; and her siblings, Von Stephens (Glenda) and Howard Stephens (Becky).
She is survived by: her husband Steve Bennett; her children, Todd Duncan (Marla), Tina Duncan, Carrie Watters and Ross Bennett (Ashley); her grandchildren, Chapin Brookshire (Taylor), Kolbie Watters, Jagger Harmon, Kadence Clements (Elijah), Emily Taylor, Brandie Taylor, William Duncan, Delaney Bennett and Dexter Bennett; her sister Dixie Alexander; and her great grandchildren, Tate Brookshire and Ellie Brookshire. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, July 23rd 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the North Chapel (4900 Martha Berry Hwy, Rome, GA 30165). A graveside service will be held on Wednesday, July 23rd 2025 at 12:15 PM at the Oaknoll Memorial Gardens (2549 Shorter Ave, Rome, GA 30165).
