He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry Randall and Ellen Barkley Randall. He is survived by: his significant other Gayle Ledford Randall; his daughters, Lisa Owings and April Plumley; his grandchildren, Haley Brooke Johnson, Dakota Plumley, Jesse Plumley and Sage Owings; and his sister Terry Hook.
