Though her name may fade from the lips of time, the imprint JoAnn leaves upon the hearts of her loved ones remains eternally vivid — a testament to the depth of her spirit and the richness of her legacy.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Henry Ratliff and Annie Sue Harris Ratliff; and her husband Jesse Emory Moon, Jr.. She is survived by: her sons, Jesse Emory Moon, III (Rebecca) and Joseph Moon (Valerie); and her grandchildren, Bria Moon, Jackson Moon, Phoebe Anderson, Crysta Flanigan and Rosemary Bradshaw.
