He was predeceased by: his parents, Deryll Abbott Dickey and Martha Hogan McCurdy Dickey; his wife Ruth Rebecca "Becky" Davis Dickey; and his siblings, David Jeffrey Dickey, Debbie Barlow (Terry), Dionne Lowry and Denise Dent (Mike).
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations to the Model High School Alumni Association, in honor of Jack's enduring love for his alma mater and his commitment to education and community heritage.
