Joseph Wayne Agan Obituary

With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Joseph Wayne Agan of Rome, Georgia, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on November 24, 2025 at the age of 82. He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Willis Agan and Emma Fricks Agan. He is survived by: his wife Marsha Wilson Agan; his children, Susan Renea Padgett (Wayne), Jennifer Lynn Greeson (Victor) and Jeffrey Wayne Agan (Sherry); his grandchildren, Dustin Crow, Heather Hornbuckle, Allie Carrier (Chris), Jacob DeAngelus (Virginia), Kayla Lambert (Nicholas), Logan Agan (Samantha), Erica McKinney (Ryan), Adam Greeson (Lindsey) and Austin Greeson (Jess); and his siblings, Judy Agan Barnett (Ted), David Agan (Diana) and Tim Agan (Pam). He is also survived by 13 great-grandchildren, numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.

A celebration of life was held on Saturday, November 29th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Renovation Church (13 Redmond Ct NW, Rome, GA 30165). Visitation was held on Saturday, November 29th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the same location.
