It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joyce Ann Thomas Skeen of Rome, Georgia, who passed away on February 19, 2024, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her father Jack Thomas; and her husband Harvey "Earl" Skeen. She is survived by: her mother Wilma Eads Thomas; her children, Tara Skeen of Rome, Michael Skeen (Allison) of Rome and Holly Bryant (Chuck) of Rome; her grandchildren, Ryan Skeen, Ben Skeen (Abby), Madison Skeen, Sam Bryant and Belle Bryant; her sisters, Vicki Parton and Melanie Lambert (Randy); and her sisters-in-law, Phyllis Kaufman and Myrtle Alexander. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Riverside Baptist Church or Heyman Hospice Care.
