She is survived by: her partner Jerre White; her children, Danny A. Williams (Mona Williams), Barbara A. Rice (Tim Rice) and Denice Maddox (Jim Maddox); her grandchildren, Jordan D. Rice, Jonathan L. Rice, Jacob T. Rice, Jessica L. Hammes, Halle J. Williams, Jimmy M. Maddox, Sarah J. Maddox, Cole L. Maddox and Shailyn F. Maddox; and her brother Ralph Magnicheri Jr.. She is also survived by extended family members and friends.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, October 6th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:45 AM at the Good Shepherd Funeral Home (2750 Shorter Ave, Rome, GA 30165). A celebration of life will be held on Tuesday, October 6th 2026 at 11:45 AM at the Chapel of Good Shepherd Funeral Home (2750 Shorter Ave, Rome, GA 30165). A burial will be held on Tuesday, October 6th 2026 at the TBD Oaknoll Memorial Gardens (2549 Shorter Ave NW, Rome, GA 30165).
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial contributions be made to a lung cancer organization in Joyce's memory.
