She is survived by: her husband Willam Shook of Rome; her children, Christina Holtzclaw of Rome, Angela Vicente of Rome and William H. Shook Jr. of Boardman, OH; and her sisters, Frissie Vinson of Rome, GA and Linda Pope of Rome, GA. She is also survived by 9 grandchildren; 1 great grandchild, her 64 foster children; several nieces and nephews.
