She was predeceased by: her parents, Albert Gilmore and Peggy Mize Gilmore; her siblings, Faye McLeod, Margie Collins Thomas and James Gilmore; her son-in-law Jason Franklin; and her brother-in-law Kenneth McLeod.
She is survived by: her husband Kenneth Keiser of Summerville, GA; her daughters, Erica McGowan (James) of Calhoun and Jacki Franklin-Ashmore (Randy) of Apison, TN; her sisters, Wanda Fowler (Robert) of Sale City, GA and Anne Ramey of Rome, GA; and her grandchildren, Jailyn McGowan, Wyatt, Zoey and Clayton Ashmore. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
