He is survived by: his wife Edith Clarice Cable; his children, Jerry Stephen Cable and Zelma Mae Cable; his parents, Lillian Faye Williams and Jerry Cable (Andy Cable); and his siblings, Megan Shelton (Tim Shelton) and Stephen Cable (Aimee Cable).
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 9th 2026 from 12:00 PM to 1:45 PM at the North Chapel (4900 Martha Berry Hwy, Rome, GA 30165). A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 9th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
