He is survived by: his wife Jeannie Adams Falls; his children, Samantha Kelley (Josh Milstead), Amber Ballew (Alan) and Lanny Edward "Buck" Falls, Jr.; his grandchildren, Haley Tuggle (Bryan), Velvet Smith, Willow Kelley, Jasmin Winkler, Stacia Falls, Payton Bagwell, Mackinsi McGlaughn and Lina Falls; his great grandchildren, Elijah Falls, Harper Tuggle, Olivia Tuggle, Tsuki Ortiz and Luan Kelley; his siblings, Sherry Conley (Scott) and Terry West; his niece Melissa Venable; and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Keyli Venable and Brady Venable. He is also survived by other nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Monday, October 19th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 2:45 PM at the Oaknoll Chapel (2542 Shorter Ave, Rome, GA 30165). A funeral service was held on Monday, October 19th 2026 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
