It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Linda Carol Dodson of Rome, Georgia, who passed away on November 17, 2023, at the age of 71, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Curtis D. J. Locklear and Margaret Frances Henderson Locklear; her son Larry Steven Griffith, Jr.; her grandparents, Ben, Lula Locklear, Andrew and Beulah Henderson; and her siblings, Raymond Douglas Locklear, James Lamar Locklear, Benjamin Andrew Locklear, Austin Eugene Locklear, Sr. and Susan Annette Williams.
She is survived by: her pets, Roxy, Susie, Little Bit and Chancy; her husband David Evans Dodson; her son Scottie Lee Sullins; and her grandchildren, Ashley Millsap, William Steven "Billy" Griffith, Tyler Scott Griffith, Haley Nicole Sullins (Amber) and Megan Marie Sullins. She is also survived by several great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
