She was predeceased by: her parents, Chester Hicks and Maybell Hicks; her husbands, Jimmy Brookshire and Kenneth Parker; and her siblings, Bob Hicks, Billy Hicks, Oneal Hicks and Joyce Holbert.
She is survived by: her daughters, Shelia Allen, Jeanie Johnston and Wendy Turner. She is also survived by 14 grandchildren and 23 great-grandchildren.
