She was predeceased by: her parents, Charlie Oscar Froman and Myrtle Irene Froman; her son Carlos Joe "Joey" Williams II; and her siblings, Dee Froman, Charles Froman and Little Ruth Froman.
She is survived by: her husband Rev. Joe Williams; her children, Pamela Louise Calvert (Rocky), Angela Sue Nye (Garry) and Waylan Allan Williams (Nicholle); her grandchildren, Jacob Calvert (Deana), Courtney Wagner (Jake), Brian Williams, Andrew Calvert, Natalie Stumler (Brandon), Briana Rhodes (Jamie), Byron Williams, Sylvia Hammett (Cullen) and Victoria Gross (Austin); her great grandchildren, Payden Wagner, Jemma Wagner, Allie Calvert, Sam Calvert, Magnolia Mae Gross, Emma Stumler, Asher Stumler, Brooklyn Stumler, Romi Kai Hammett and Ember Rayne Rhodes; and her sister Naomi Sullivan. She is also survived by her husband, children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, October 14th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the South Chapel (3002 Maple Rd SE, Rome, GA 30161).
