She was predeceased by : her parents, Mabel Rose Kuester and Clarence L. Kuester; her sister Mildred K. Stone; her step-mother Allene B. Kuester; her son Thomas E. Sachs; husband Robert E. Sachs., her 2nd husband Howard Smith;
She is survived by : her children, Karen A Sachs and Kevin E. Sachs (Debbie); her grandchildren, Kevin E. Sachs, Jr., Katherine S. Busch (Jared), David J. Sachs and Joseph W. Sachs (Ashley) of Danville, KY; She is also survived by 7 great grandchildren.
