She was predeceased by: her parents, William McKinley Howell and Mary Eunice Caldwell Howell; her brother Walter Newton Howell; and her daughter Pamela Ann Mosley Apple. She is survived by: her sons, Samuel A. Mosley, Jr. and James Irwin Mosley. She is also survived by 6 grandchildren, several great grandchildren as well as nephews and a cousin.
