Mary Nance Obituary

The memory of Mary Nance (Rome, Georgia), who passed away on June 20, 2025 at the age of 83, will forever remain in the hearts of those touched by this precious presence in their lives. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Samuel Leroy Hancock, Jr. and Mary Frances Cooper Hancock; and her husband Kenneth Nance. She is survived by: her daughters, Kathryn Nance Courtoy and Anna Nance Smithson; her son-in-law Matthew Eric Courtoy; and her grandchildren, Cooper Matthew Courtoy, Clara Nancy Courtoy and Savanna Eve Smithson. She is also survived by friends, family members, and fur babies.
