He is survived by: his daughters, Keisha Waterman and Nadine Houghton; his grandchildren, Kalkidan Brumell, Menelik Brumell, Netsanet Brumell, Etana Moten, Keeya Waterman, Nakia Harrison and Dashawn Harrison; his great grandchildren, Elijah Brumell-Perez, Iliana Brumell-Perez, Jadaya Harrison and Kailani Harrison; his siblings, Lolita Bowen, Barbara Waterman, Elva Leacock, Olivia Steele, Meldine Lord, Yvonne Brewster, Bernard Waterman and Alvin McCollin; and his siblings' children, Kathy-Ann McCollin, Jennifer Legall-Harris, Joe-Ann Grant, Andrew Gittens, Barry Steele, Gregory McCollin and Dwayne Waterman.
