He was predeceased by: his parents, Kearney Brewster Wilson and Thelma Irene Allgood Wilson; his wife Carolyn Babb Wilson; and his great grandchild Kortlyn Potts. He is survived by: his children, Lisa Wilson (Lisa Potts) and Neely Wilson, Jr.; his grandchildren, Jamey Potts, Kayla Sharp (Dewayne) and Rachael Potts; his great grandchildren, Alyssa Godfrey, Ezra Sharp and Kadence Potts; his stepgreat-granddaughter Jaelynn Sharp; and his sisters, Juanita Gardner (Don) and Judy Shaw (Hobert). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
