She was predeceased by: her husband Roy Olen Ridgeway Sr.; her daughter Marie Parker; and her parents, William C. Hill and Sarah Davis Hill. She is survived by: her children, Howell J. Ridgeway (Tammy) of Tallapoosa, Edward Dale Ridgeway (Leanne) of Cedartown, Roy Ridgeway Jr. of Manning and Stacey Blaker of Ashland, Wisconsin.; and her siblings, James Hughes (Patricia) of Fayetville, Georgia and Sheila Norton. She is also survived by twenty-one grandchildren, fifteen great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 9th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Salmon Funeral Home & Crematory (2516 New Calhoun Hwy NE, Rome, GA 30161). A graveside service will be held on Saturday, October 11th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 3:45 PM at the Red Dam Baptist Church Cemetery (488 Red Dam Church Rd, Hardeeville, SC 29927).
