He was predeceased by: his parents, Preston Artis Womack and Joanne Roberson Womack; and his brother-in-law Paul Holbrook. He is survived by: his siblings, Michael Earwood (Wendy), Greg Proctor, Debra Lyons (Chris), Karen Womack and Stacey Holbrook. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
