She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, John Wesley Sprayberry and Mary Grant Hunter; her husband Ben Phillips; her children, Tabitha Smith of Rome, GA., Gary Smith Jr. of Rome, GA., Allen Smith of Rome, GA., Quinn Phillips of Rome, GA., Amyst, Collin Hayes of Chattanooga, TN. and Hannah Morris of Rome, GA.; her grandchildren, Cassandra Smith of Syracuse, NY., Kymssa Hayes of Chattanooga, TN. and Scarlett Treakle of Rome, GA.; her brothers, Billy Sprayberry, Kim Sprayberry (Jeannie Childers), Scott Collins (Darlene), David Dover Sr. (Cathy Edwards) and Jimmy Hunter; and her son Connor Morris. She was also cherished by many nieces and nephews.
A celebration of life will be held on Sunday, May 17th 2026 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Good Shepherd Funeral Home (2750 Shorter Ave NW, Rome, GA 30165). A funeral service will be held on Monday, May 18th 2026 at 3:00 PM at the Garden Lakes Church (2200 Redmond Cir suite 3000, Rome, GA 30165). A burial will be held on Monday, May 18th 2026 at the TBD Sibling Cemetery.
