He is survived by: his wife Wanda Clark Watkins; his children, Amanda Morgan (James) and William Watkins (Ashley); his grandsons, Noah Morgan and Wyatt Watkins; his brother Jerry Watkins (Lisa); and his cousin Betty Estes (Virlyn). He is also survived by the 2 grandsons his children, numerous nieces, nephews and other cousins.
