With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Richard Michael Aycock of Rome, Georgia, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on October 14, 2025 at the age of 80. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Richard Michael Aycock to pay them a last tribute.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Marshall Aycock and Sarah Ezma Touchstone Aycock; and his sister Marie Aycock Cross. He is survived by: his siblings, Barry, Tommy Aycock and Donna Brown; his daughters, Rebekah Tilton and Susan Wade (Joe); and his grandchildren, Bella Aycock, Judson, Joseph, Jacob, Ally Wade and Cesely Braxton. He is also survived by great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 18th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:45 PM at the Floyd Springs Baptist Church (1869 Floyd Springs Rd NE, Armuchee, GA 30105). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 18th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
