Johnson; his daughters, Makayla Johnson and Lexus Johnson; his grandchildren, Ava Cushing and Kopelynn Cushing; his father Ronnie Johnson; his brothers, Andrew Salter and Donald Johnson; and his nieces and nephews, Cheyanne Thomas, Dixie Salter, Brooke Smartt, Joseph Rhoten and Adrian Salter. He is also survived by many other extended family members and dear friends.
