He was predeceased by: his mother Phillis Irene Jarrell Manning. He is survived by: his father Kenneth Allen Manning; his wife Tamara Lavonne Lecher Manning; his daughter Tamea R Anderson (Andrew); his granddaughter Lily S Anderson; and his sister Sheila Manning Oliver (Joel).
Visitation was held on Tuesday, July 8th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:45 PM at the North Chapel (4900 Martha Berry Hwy, Rome, GA 30165). A memorial service was held on Tuesday, July 8th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
Flowers will be accepted, planting trees will be accepted, and/or donations may be made to PAWS, the Wounded Warrior Project or a charity of your choice.
