He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald L. "Pug" Stephens and Jessie Vasser Stephens; and his close friend Terry H. Cambron. He is survived by: his significant other Mark W. Lashley; and his sister Kathy Stephens Jones. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews, as well as numerus cousins, aunts, and a blessing of friends.
