He is survived by: his brother Mike Carter (Bivian) of Brunswick, GA; his nieces, Courtney Bridges (Jarrett) of St. Simon's Island, GA, Whitney Herndon (David) of Brunswick, GA, Chelsea Digsby of Smyrna, GA, Maria Flowers of Atlanta, GA and Neely Vaughn; and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Finley, Emily, Eli, Sam and Breaker.
