He is survived by: his parents, Robert Tuggle and Betty Ruth Erwin Tuggle; his son Robert Jesse (Kayla Tuggle); his fiancée Alison Dunwoody; his brother Michael; his sister-in-law Kyung Tuggle; his niece Alana Tuggle; and his nephew Grant Tuggle. He is also survived by aunts, uncles and cousins.
