She was predeceased by: her parents, Forest Edward Jackson and Mamie Mullinax Jackson; her husband John Paul Caldwell; her stepmother Eva Jane Bynum Jackson; her son Larry Caldwell; her grandson John Streetman Jr.; her siblings, Evelyn Mclendon and Larry Jackson; and her friend Sharon Byrne.

She is survived by: her daughters, Paula Streetman (John), Joy Pilcher (Kent) and Sandra Caldwell; her sisters, Jean Parks and Jane Duran (Don); and her sister-in-law Phyllis Caldwell. She is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren.
