He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Lawrence Allen and Annie Dilla Price Millican; his sisters, Theda Millican Byrd of Rome and Helen Millican Solomons (Richard) of Savannah, GA.; and his niece Anne Price Solomons of Denver, CO.
