He is survived by: his wife Connie Scott Baker; his children, Carol Nation (Donald) and Scott Covington; his stepdaughter Cindy Baxter (Eric); and his siblings, Donald Baker, Debbie Rayburn, Kathy Baker, Donna Tucker, Tim Baker and Ann Brown. He is also survived by 4 grandchildren; 12 great grandchildren; 3 great-great grandchildren.
