He is survived by: his wife Donna Brock Brown; his children, Anthony Kyle Brown (Natalie) and Julie Suzanne Brown; his stepdaughters, Callie Carter Oswald (Keith), Amy Carter Young (Buster) and Carrie Carter Powell (Steve); his grandchildren, Colby Brown, Carter Oswald, Landon Oswald, Audrey Young, Ella Young, Gavin Powell, Carson Powell and Kyleigh Powell; and his sister-in-law Ebie Brown. He is also survived by his family and friends.
