She is survived by: her brothers, Leamon Flatt, Bill Flatt, Don Flatt and Dow Flatt; her children, Vonda Waters (Zack) of Rome, Vicki Johnson (Barry) of Huntsville, AL, Leonard Fox, Jr. (Debbie) of Rome and Jeff Fox (Ruth) of Nashville, TN; her grandchildren, Kristen Haynes (Joey), Ryan Fox (Lindsey), Luke Waters (Amy), Jacob Fox (Melanie), Jessie Herren (David), Lauren Waters and Jenna Tomberlin (Clark); her great grandchildren, Sadie, Sam, Griffin, Bailey, Noah, Nash, Andrew, Thomas, Hudson, Maddie, Dean, Sanders and Miller; and her sisters, Linda Anderson of Gainesboro, TN and Wanda Crabtree of Smithville, TN..
