He was predeceased by: his parents, Tom Stanley West and Shirley Salmon West of Rome, Georgia.. He is survived by: his wife Renee A. West of Silver Creek; his son William Newcomb West; his daughter-in-law Bailee West of Centre, Alabama.; and his siblings, Frances Ann West of Rome, Mary Tom "Mattie" Paris (LT) and Breckenridge Paris of Colorado Springs, Colorado.. He is also survived by many aunts, cousins, nieces, and nephews.
