She is survived by: her fiancé David Anderson; her sons, Jason and Michael Smith; her daughter-in-law Deborah Smith; her grandchildren, Lake, River, Kiley and Mazie; her brother Mitchell Ward; her nieces and nephews, Felina Butts, Kerrie Vaughn, Jacob, Joshua Hewitt and Bama Butt; and her cousins, Sandy Barton and Wayne Estes.
