D. and Stephen Perry (Erin); her grandchildren, Carter Anne, Ryan, Andrew, Vivian, Sam, Ben, Luke, Nicholas, Paxton and Lydia; her sister Ellen Guidry of Gary Guidry, M. D.; and her brother-in-law Mike Perry (Janet).

In Lieu of flowers the family ask to please donate to the building fund at Fellowship Church.
